This week's theme is 'Footprints' and I just know (
) you're going to be inspired by the challenges the other girls have got set for you, but I was wondering how I was going to include this theme into card-making?

But you know what it reminded me of?..... All this talk these days about reducing our "carbon footprint" to help lessen our impact on the environment. So the challenge I'm setting you is a 'Reduce, Reuse or Recycle' challenge! Interpret that as you will :P

I chose the "reduce" option meaning I set about making these cards with as little supplies as possible whilst still being happy with the end product (because lets face it..... I'm not a minimilist scrapper by any means! ;) ) But guess what? I made these two cards with just
ONE piece of patterned paper, some left over twine and a few random punctuation marks. Hard to believe isn't it?

You might choose the "reuse" option and incorporate something into your card that was intended for a different purpose such as clothing tags, kitchen supplies etc etc. Or try your hand at the "recycled" option and include materials that might otherwise end up in the bin such as junk mail or packaging.

You have until midnight October 31st to upload your card entry based on this challenge into the Members Noteworthy Gallery using NW062 as your title to be in the running for one of the monthly store vouchers.
