Morning all!
It looks like we are in for another very hot day up here.
It was a scorcher in Brisbane yesterday. We got Jake moved into his room and had a delicious lunch (apparently the best meal served at the college all year to impress the parents ) and then went to the UQ scholarship awards ceremony where we had more food, LOL. I had an e-mail from Jake late last night telling me that he is still alive. Should I be worried?

Well, we had another busy weekend, is it just me or do weekends fly by twice as fast these days? I am planning to catch up on washing and housework today. Fun fun.

Hi girls looks like a hot one here too, but we are expecting more storms this afternoon. The garages are flooded again after last night's down pour and some one is down there now trying to pump out the water

I totally agree that the weekends fly by Chloe I've got cleaning and washing to catch up on today too!

Good morning girls

Back from my workout and need to get into the housework as I have been neglecting it a bit!! We had a busy weekend, I taught a class, Zane had a party which we all ended up staying which was a reptile party and Lily held a crocodile (she is the bravest out of me, Zane and her ) Yesterday took the kids in to see Annie with mum, it was a great weekend.

Aga, I was wondering how you got on with the storms! They hit here right on 8pm and the kids refused to sleep it was so heavy and all the thunder and lightning!! Lily's classroom got some water in but not too bad, as they are low to the ground. Hopefully you still had everything out of the garage from last time.

Heike, lol at the parents getting the good meal. Glad Jake is all settled in.

Chloe, yes weekends fly and then Mondays are for catching up all the jobs!

We had a very busy weekend too. It was Danan's birthday on Saturday so we had lunch at one of Jim's brother's place & then went to the farm to see the Grandparents. Grandma made a sheriff's star cake... she always does a great cake

Yesterday we had a meet & greet BBQ at school so we were preparing in the morning & cleaning up most of the afternoon.

Tiege's home today with the sniffles & a cough so I might get a chance to scrap a little this afternoon

I have been to the gym for my zumba class this morning then sat in the sauna for a bit. Have no kids till 2.30 today so I am enjoying the peace & quiet & having a scrap!
