Image>adjustments>Hue/Saturation>Master.
Play around with the different sliders and even select specific colours to alter other than the master.

I did consider to go black and white instead LOL - can't tell the grass is half dead then ;)

Looks great...wish you could paint the whole place green (and a drop of water in the dams too while you're at it!)
