Do they go all funny when you take them out of the fridge though?

no? Well not in the past. You mean like a whitish colour? I hope that doesn't happen LOL. Oh well if it does they are only a bunch of 11 and 12 year olds - they won't care LOL As long as they taste good. I'm such a bad mum though, Alesia wanted to know when we would be doing them... I said I was doing them whilst SHE is at school on Thursday - I don't have the patience in the afternoons to be cooking with her in the kitchen - too slow for me LOL. Besides we have graduation mass on Thursday night, definately no time.

I have several packets put away. I just put them in the coolest place in the house. I don't refrigerate them. They have always been fine.

Those puddings look fantastic Mel & Sandie. I'm definitely going to make a few batches of them for our Christmas parties.

The beauty of these little puds is that they not only look good, they taste might yummy too and are always a hit.

We made some for Mali's break-up party yesterday and they looked great.

Zazi and Rani wanted to take some to a break-up this afternoon but we had no biscuits left. Instead Zazi baked mini chocolate muffins last night, they looked great!

you did the choc muffins the same with the white choc and lollies? I thought about doing that but got lazy LOL

Poor Jack is only allowed healthy party food so he has mini banana muffins to take LOL

Yes and they looked great and tasted good, too.

I've also made them using marshmallows - YUM!!

I made a heap of these today, for my class tonight. I have packaged them up, all pretty for my ladies.

I have been to my local Woolworth & IGA supermarkets and they don't have any
