Oh these are just too cute! Going to add to my growing list of things to make/bake/cook... my kitchen won't know what hit it if I actually use it

After seeing Mel's and Rach's batches of these delicious delights last year I whipped up a batch myself which were a huge hit with everyone. Was only thinking the other day I must do it again this year.

Rach I only put half a spearmint leaf on too as the kids didn't like them and they were a little heavy/hard to balance.

LOL about the jaffas, strange how the same thing kept happening at my place too

Just sharing a photo of mine. I have been making these for a few years now.

Oh and I use green jubes instead of mint leaves. You can also use green snakes or any other green lollies.

I now have SIX packets of biscuits to use for this LOL. 3 packs are for Alesias class breakup, the other 3 are for 'just in case' ROFL. We also made 26 reindeers today for Jacks class breakup.

How do you store the puddings in this heat, Rach. I'm worried that the biscuits are melting away in the pantry.

in the fridge. I also bought a pack of squiggles today - so that makes 7 packs of choc cookies in the fridge LOL. They are stacked all on top of each other.
