Need something to fill those Christmas boxes??? Need a present for someone, that has it all? The kids teachers? The neighbours?

These make great gifts, wrapped up in cellophone. (I know Rach mentioned these in another post) I have been making them, for the last few years and they are a huge hit, as presents or when you need to take a plate to a party.



Chocolate Puddings

You will need:
Chocolate Crown Biscuits (the marshmallow ones)
White Chocolate
Jaffas
Spearmint leaves

Method:
Melt white chocolate, allow to cool, but not set. Drizzle over, Chocolate Crowns. Decorate with Jaffas and Spearmint leaves. Enjoy.

I think I made 6 lots of these last year LOL. I ended up buying the black and gold brand of the same biscuit which not only were cheaper but also a little smaller and more in a packet. Perfect for that xmas plate for end of year class parties.

Oh and I cut the spearmint leaves in half - kids weren't that fussed on them and it meant I didn't have to buy mulitple packs

Only problem was the jaffas kept disappearing....into my gob LOL

LOL Rach re the jaffas...reckon I would do the same though

oh yum these look so yummy...so going to make some this year, don't know how many will make it to the table on xmas day...

I ended up buying a pack of raspberry lollies instead of jaffas, not sure how they will look???

I've bought the ingredients for these and Mali and I will make them for her kindy break-up party on Tuesday.

Rach I think they should look fine - it's more the colour you are after.
